|
Building structure is poured in-place concrete columns, beams and slab. Reinforcing is post tension.
Foundation will be concrete spread footings on solid rock.
Stair and elevator shafts are reinforced concrete and block stairs are concrete.
Balconies are concrete with metal balustrades and handrails. Rooftop balconies have concrete payers and masonry balustrades. |

Exterior walls are 1-hour rated, where required, 6-inch steel stud, insulation, exterior sheathing, stucco with synthetic coating and polished block veneer.
Windows are exterior vinyl coated wood casements, interior stained, with screens.
Exterior doors are metal full glass patio type. |

Roof is insulated concrete with 15-year warranty
