|
Building structure is wood frame with concrete slab on the first floor and 3⁄4" light weight concrete on second and third floors.
Foundation is concrete spread footings with split face concrete block walls.
Stair and elevator shafts are reinforced concrete block and brick veneer.
Balconies are treated wood deck and structure with metal balustrades and handrails on all but nine, which have wood handrails and balustrade.

Exterior walls are 1-hour rated with plywood sheathing, insulation and covered in brick or cement fiber siding.
Exterior windows are double hung cottage type wood windows with storm windows and screens.
