Lynn S. Ellsworth has served as President of Coda Development since 1997, when he co-founded the company. Mr. Ellsworth began his career in 1970 as President and CEO of Marteq Corporation, which developed over 1500 residential lots, golf courses, tennis and hunting clubs. In 1979, Mr. Ellsworth formed Company Stores Development Corp (CSDC). During the next 21 years, CSDC developed over 3,000,000 sq ft of commercial shopping centers in 13 states. Some of CSDC's joint venture partners included Provident Life, Helmstar, Benderson Development, FRU-CON Development, Konover & Associates and others. Mr. Ellsworth graduated from University of Utah in 1964.
Amy B. Smith

Amy B Smith is the Chief Operating Officer of Coda Development. Ms. Smith co-founded the company with Mr. Ellsworth in 1997. Before that, Ms. Smith served as Vice President of Marketing for Company Stores Development Corp. While with the company, she was responsible for CSDC becoming the first shopping center developer to license Claritas' geo-demographic PRIZM segmentation software for use in market and specific site selection and tenant mix. Ms.Smith graduated cum laude from the Business School of Mississippi State University in 1979.
Trent Wamp
Vice President of Construction
Trent Wamp is a licensed architect who has spent the past 20 years in the design and construction field. Mr. Wamp has been with Coda Development for seven years overseeing technical design and construction of their projects. Prior to joining Coda Development he was responsible for overseeing over $350,000,000 in hotel, healthcare and aviation work. Mr. Wamp received his Bachelor of arts from the University of Tennessee in 1987.
Brian Poile
Leasing & Sales
Brian Poile is an affiliate broker in charge of the leasing and sales of Coda's retail, office, residential and land transactions. Prior to joining Coda, Mr. Poile was the Principal of Vassion Investment Properties a residential investment firm in Nashville. Brian graduated from Boston College in 2000.
Chris James
Chief Financial Officer
Chris James joined Coda Development in 1997. Prior to joining Coda Development he was an accounting executive for multiple single asset corporations specializing in real estate development and management, including Hilton Grand Vacations and Club Corporation of America. Mr. James received his accounting degree from Auburn University in 1987.
